The Temple of the Timeless Serpent is riddled with traps. Commiserations, you have found one of the more deadly traps put in place to protect the temple from intruders or to catch unwary thieves. There is a flash of light, a puff of poison gas and a small explosion, which kills you instantly. Your corpse will be fed to horrible creatures that dwell beneath the temple. Better luck next time...
