You would not trust yourself to the water this way unless you knew how to swim. If you don't already have Swimming listed as a Talent, you may roll 1d6 and add it to your DEX to gain the Swimming Talent. But you have no idea where you're going - all the islands look pretty much the same. Finally you just pick one.

You are tired from all the swimming (deduct 1d6 +2) from your STR rating as you come ashore.

You are hardly out of the water, when Bammmff! The stench of sulfur assaunts your nostrils, and a wandering monster assults your body. (Roll on WM Tables at beginning of book). Use your browser's BACK button to return to this page.

Fight! You die or the monster does - no chance to pray for help. If you survive, you find yourself right back where you started - an island in a watery maze. You will recover 1 STR point per paragraph not spent swimming or fighting monsters. Return to 2A and start again.
