You materialize inside a forest, but there are no trees-only mushrooms, toadstools, moss, and fungi of all kinds. Some are gigantic, and some are of normal size. The air is thick and oppressive. The sky is brown and smoggy. The heat is intense. A small stream meanders through the room, providing a good supply of water. In the center of the room is a toadstool larger than all the rest, and perched up on top of it is some kind of insect creature. It is holding a long thin rubber tube and emitting smoke rings at regular intervals. If you wish to talk to it, go to 9B. If you wish to physically attack it, go to 9C. If you wish to use magic, write down your spell, and go to 9D.
